As a candidate, Trump issued three statements about his medical health:

This is the public report of President Trump's medical status released on November 20, 2023, referring back to September 13, 2023 1.

Although Trump had made many trips to Walter Reed Medical Center during his first term (including a hospitalization for covid) the only in-depth report of his health was the physical exam released in January 2018. MORE

The report below is obviously not an in-depth assessment. Thus, when Trump ran for president in 2024, it had been more than six-and-a-half years since the public had a good accounting of his health.
