47⬅ Donald Trump: Ear Wound

A bullet scratched the pinna of Trump's right ear in July 2024, causing noticeable but minor bleeding and leaving a photographically imperceptible scar that holds a peculiar fascination for presidential physicians SEE BELOW.

Trump's White House physician has described the wound in both 2025 and 2026:

• The May 2026 report MORE said: "slight scarring of the right ear consistent with prior gunshot injury."

• The April 2025 MORE report said: "scaring [sic] of the right ear from a gunshot wound."

The scar is imperceptible in photographs.

The bandage in the left image below shows the location of the wound. The center and right images show no lesion in that spot. The center image shows something that looks like a healed scar at about 10 o'clock on the ear, but this is not in the area indicated by the bandage and it is inapparent in other photographs.
